About UsBrian R. Govoni , a 1990 honors graduate of Florida Southern College, is a recognised expert in structuring and completing inbound business purchase transactions with both foreign and American buyers. With an educational background encompassing financial management and economics, and a public accountancy and business consulting career spanning over fifteen years, Brian has acted as lead advisor in countless transactions. Brian is President of the Auburndale, Florida Chamber of Commerce (2008/2009), Past Treasurer of the US/Mexico Chamber of Commerce (Gulf Coast Chapter), and a Board Member of the Central Florida Development Council and the East Polk County (Florida) Committee of 100. Brian is also an active Rotarian. Linda Baier comes to Govoni Properties & Investments, Inc. after a twenty-three year career in the Central Florida Theme Park Industry. In her last position as Park Operations Manager with Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven, Florida, Linda developed significant expertise in practically all aspects of business management, including operations, finance, and human resources. Since joining GPI in 2003, Linda has completed numerous transactions involving foreign buyers, and has developed significant expertise in identifying and listing visa qualified businesses, and in structuring complex transaction to secure visa issuance. Linda is a lifelong resident of Central Florida, giving her considerable insight into the business environment her clients intend to enter. Jessica Baier , joined the Govoni group in 2006 and in 2008 obtained her license as a Business Broker. Jessie is primarily responsible for assisting brokerage staff in listing businesses, and in administering transactions from contract to closing.
