LUXURY OFFICE CONDOMINIUMS PLANNED ADJACENT TO WINTER HAVEN HOSPITAL

Central Florida, Florida, January 31, 2007 Riverlake Capital LLC (Winter Haven, Florida) and United Realty Management, Inc.
